Deb is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at Rolls Royce, supporting the global Engineering function and leading on Diversity and Inclusion for the Defence Business. Deb is an experienced HR professional having worked in both the public and private sector working at an operational and strategic level.  Deb is passionate about equality of opportunity and promoting greater diversity, and believes this starts in education.
