Guidance on Booking a Coronavirus Test
Select the test type you would like from those available and select continue.
There is a test centre at Bristol Airport. We recommend using this method if you have access to a car (you must not hire a taxi to get the test done).
Once you have made your selection you will be take through a number of screens providing information and asking for information on the person to be tested.

Coronavirus Home Test Instructions
If you are unable to access the internet, you may be able to book a test or enquire about test results by calling 119 from a mobile phone or landline. This service can also be accessed by those with hearing or speech difficulties by calling 18001 0300 303 2713
We are happy to help and can book the tests on your behalf during a telephone conversation with you. Please contact your Child’s Academy to do this.
Test Results
You will be sent your result by text or email.
Track and Trace
If you get a positive result you will be contacted by the NHS Test and Trace service by email, text or phone.
They will ask you to log into the NHS Test and Trace website where you will be asked for the following information:
- your name, date of birth and postcode
- if you live with other people
- any places you’ve been recently, such as a workplace or school
- names and contact details of any people you were in close contact with in the 48 hours before your symptoms started (if you know these details)
If you cannot use the contact tracing website, you’ll be asked for this information over the phone.
We will be in contact with Public Health England who will advise us, you won’t be expected to provide details of the other children in the academy.
