Jemma is the Head of Corporate Communications at UWE Bristol and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and engagement, including in the education, foster care and supported housing sectors. Jemma is passionate about internal communications, engagement and culture change and has a particular interest in driving initiatives and ways of working that overcome barriers to engagement and enable everyone to have a voice.
