Rachel Mortlock is an independent education adviser who works across the country with schools, MATS, LAs and as an adviser for the Department for Education. She has experience 0-19 leading on curriculum development, assessment, early years, safeguarding, leadership development, school improvement and new school openings. She is passionate about early years having led and advised at an LA, regional and national level and she is committed to getting the very best possible start for every child.
