Suzanne is the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity at UWE Bristol. Suzanne is passionate about ensuring educational providers create equality of opportunity and break down barriers to success. As disadvantage begins early she recognises education is key to equality and inclusion. She has worked for the past seven years on widening participation strategies and is particularly interested in ensuring that these are evidence based and deliver impact. Suzanne was previously the Chair of Council at Bristol Brunel Academy.
