Tracy is an Executive Principal with the CLF supporting school improvement across the primary phase. Tracy previously was the Executive Headteacher and CFO of the Waycroft Multi Academy Trust whose schools joined the CLF in February.
Tracy’s leadership career began in Wales where she was a Headteacher of a Local Authority Infant and Separate Junior school which she saw through amalgamation in an area of high deprivation.
Tracy was an Estyn Inspector when in Wales and then on the move to Bristol became an Ofsted Inspector.
