Deb is a senior HR leader who has worked in the public and private sector, and at Rolls Royce for the last 15+ years. During this time Deb has held various HR roles, working closely with different business areas on a variety of agendas including talent attraction and development, colleague engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion, leadership, reward, employee relations and organisational development. Promoting equality of opportunity and greater diversity is close to Deb’s heart and she believes this starts in education, which is why she is delighted and privileged to be a part of the CLF. Deb was previously on our Board of Trustees and chaired various committees including People & Wellbeing and Renumeration. In her own time Deb enjoys spending time with her family and walking in the local hills.
