Paul is currently the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean with responsibility for the Faculty of Environment and Technology at the University of the West of England, Bristol. He is an experienced leader in the Education Sector having led academic departments, schools and faculties in various universities; and developed global educational partnerships across various countries. Paul passionately believes that Parents, Governments, Communities and Businesses must work with teachers in educating the next generation for a more successful future for our society. He has been severally described as a visionary leader, a strategic thinker and an influence par excellence by those he works with; but more importantly he is very proud of the transforming agenda of the Cabot Learning Federation.
