Hans Price Academy was full of odd and whacky socks this week, all for a very worthy cause.
Odd Socks Day marks the start of Anti-Bullying Week and is a day to celebrate what makes individuals unique while raising awareness about bullying.
Students across the academy proudly wore mismatched socks to show their support for kindness, inclusion, and individuality.
Throughout the week, students will take part in a range of activities designed to promote empathy, respect, and understanding, all part of Hans Price Academy’s commitment to creating a positive and supportive school community.
So many students joined in to celebrate the start of Anti-Bullying Week and showed that it’s great to be different and that kindness and compassion always count.
A spokesperson for Hans Price Academy said: “Odd Socks Day is a fun and meaningful way to remind everyone that being different is something to be proud of.
“It’s a great opportunity for our students to express themselves, support one another, and stand up against bullying in all its forms.”
