Pupils from Haywood Village Academy had an amazing time during their educational visit to Wessex Water, where they explored the fascinating journey of water from treatment to storage.
During the trip, pupils discovered how water is treated to make it safe for use and where it is stored before reaching homes and businesses.
Pupils also learned about the science behind water flow, including how current affects the speed at which water travels.
A spokesperson from Haywood Village said: “Our pupils had an amazing day at Wessex Water.
“Their enthusiasm and curiosity were inspiring, and we’re proud to support educational experiences that help young people understand the vital role water plays in our daily lives.”
