Wallscourt Farm Academy has secured an eye-catching new football kit for its pupils after winning a nationwide competition.
The competition, organised by Octopus Energy, was a free prize draw and the academy won 10 brand-new outfield kits and one goalkeeper kit.
Excitement is building among pupils, who cannot wait to wear the new kit and proudly represent their school in upcoming football fixtures against local schools.
Jon Miller, Assistant Principal and Year 6 Teacher, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have won this fantastic prize.
“The new kits will give our pupils an extra boost of confidence and pride as they step onto the pitch.
“Football is such an important way for children to learn teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship, and we’re excited to see our teams play in these brilliant new colours.”
