The Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) has teamed up with Bristol Bears to launch a strategic partnership aimed at growing rugby in the region and raising aspirations of students.

Digitech Studio School’s Year 11 photography students have enjoyed the incredible opportunity to visit the Fox Talbot Museum in Lacock, the birthplace of photography.

Pupils in Years 3 and 4 at Minerva Primary Academy’s Art Club have been putting their creativity to good use by making bird feeders as part of the school’s ongoing commitment to biodiversity and eco-friendly initiatives.

 

 

Frome Vale Academy (FVA) was delighted to host Damien Egan, the Labour MP for Bristol Northeast, for a visit that brought democracy to life for its pupils.

The highlight of the visit was Damien’s revelation of this term’s democracy question posed to pupils: “Should pupils be allowed to eat outside in the summer when the weather is nice?”

 

Hanham Woods student celebrates success at South West Athletics Championships

An outstanding athlete from Hanham Woods Academy is celebrating after winning two medals at the Southwest Indoor Track & Field Athletics Championships held at the National Indoor Athletics Centre, Cardiff.

Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) primary schools were invited by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) to participate in an all-girls primary school T1 Rugby Festival – an exciting event aimed at promoting inclusivity and engagement in rugby.

Digitech’s Year 11 music students are currently raising funds to help bring their highly anticipated ‘Digifest’ festival to life in early April.

Twenty-four students from Winterstoke Hundred Academy (WHA) showcased their talent at the North Somerset Dance Festival.

The event, held at the Playhouse Theatre, marked the festival’s 20th anniversary with a ‘celebration’ theme.
