Ways to engage with an Apprenticeship

1

Through recruitment into an apprenticeship post

We work with a variety of apprenticeship training providers who currently advertise our apprenticeship opportunitiesWe are continually engaging with colleagues across the federation to increase the number and type of apprenticeship roles available.

2

As a current member of staff

As a current member of staff who has successfully completed their probationary period, you will be able to contact colleagues via [email protected] to give you support and guidance on the apprenticeships available and how you can apply to access the CLF’s apprenticeship levy.

Off the job training

All apprenticeships require you to engage with ‘off the job’ training, but this doesn’t always have to be a day at college, we can be creative to ensure that the style and timing of learning is varied to fit in with your working week.
