Staff and students at Begbrook Primary Academy are celebrating an outstanding achievement after being awarded the prestigious Bronze Quality Mark for English as an Additional Language (EAL).

Pupils at Frome Vale Academy (FVA) embraced a day of fun and fundraising by attending school dressed in spots and stripes to support the BBC Children In Need appeal.

On Remembrance Day, all staff and pupils at Frome Vale Academy observed a solemn two-minute silence to honour and reflect upon the sacrifices made by those who have given their lives in conflicts.

Staff and students at Hanham Woods Academy participated in a week-long fundraising effort in support of the BBC’s Children In Need appeal.

Staff and students at Hanham Woods Academy gathered to honour the service and sacrifice of those who served in the armed forces, observing two minutes silence at a Remembrance event.

Students at John Cabot Academy had the opportunity to gain invaluable insights into healthy relationships, the right to make personal choices, and the dangers of forced marriage and ‘honour’-based abuse in a recent talk led by Charlotte Gage from The Sky Project.

 

 

Reception pupils at Minerva Primary Academy have been engaged in the vibrant traditions of Diwali, the Festival of Lights.
