CLF Executive Principal on Greatest Hits Radio

All schools in England should follow new government guidance and become phone-free for the entire school day, Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson has said, as part of efforts to improve behaviour, focus and wellbeing in classrooms.

Under the updated guidance, mobile phones should not be used at any point during the school day, including during lessons, break times and lunchtime. This includes the use of phones as calculators or for research purposes during lessons.

Greatest Hits Radio spoke to Executive Principal Cameron Shaw about this new government guidance, across two separate news bulletins.
